LINE 8th Anniversary Event Identity
To celebrate LINE’s 8th anniversary, I developed a dedicated anniversary event identity and delivered a global celebration across 42 offices in 11 countries through product and spatial branding. The key visual was created by combining the number 8 with LINE’s brand identity. Inspired by LINE’s motto, “Closing the distance,” the visual concept expresses how multiple lines converge toward a single point and form a circle—symbolizing the way information and people come together, connect, and communicate. This process was abstracted and visualized through the shape of the number 8.
Using the key visual, I designed posters and various graphic elements to create immersive spaces, including photo zones where employees could engage with and enjoy the celebration together. In addition, I designed and produced a set of commemorative items for all employees: a message card celebrating the meaning and achievements of the 8th anniversary, a guidebook reflecting LINE’s working principles and mindset, and a practical everyday bag designed for daily use.
