In South Korea's fast-paced financial sector, building corporate culture within a growing team is a unique challenge. KakaoBank tackles this with an onboarding kit that brings our working style to life. More than a standard welcome gift, these items act as a first touchpoint, laying the groundwork for new colleagues to absorb the company's spirit.
The idea of "working style" is grounded in a warm graphic system that signals a flat, collaborative culture. This visual language extends into interactive items like thank-you postcards and modular stickers. By turning values into personal objects, the identity builds cultural connection in everyday work rituals.
Avoiding wasteful decoration, the selection focuses strictly on usefulness. The lineup fits naturally into modern work life: a relaxed hoodie for the office, essential stationery for brainstorming, plus handy carabiners and multi-use pouches that make a newcomer's daily routine easier.
The main design statement is the carrier itself—a minimal bag built for flexible everyday use as a tote, shoulder, or crossbody. Guided by strict ESG values, the kit removes single-use plastics. Reusable fabric sleeves replace traditional wrapping, and the outer bag itself serves as the packaging, with custom compartments sized precisely to hold each item.
