KakaoBank Corporate Website Redesign
Through its first major overhaul in nearly a decade, the KakaoBank corporate website has been reborn as a strategic brand channel. Moving beyond simple information delivery, it vividly visualizes the bank's new vision of transitioning into an 'AI Native Bank.' While our mobile app serves as the primary service channel for customers, this renewed web platform functions as the 'official face' of the company—focused on strengthening communication with external stakeholders, including investors, job seekers, and the media.
To achieve this, we significantly enhanced accessibility by expanding the navigation structure from four to seven main categories and implemented a 'Hub Page' landing system that allows users to grasp key information at a glance. Guided by the design principles of 'Connected, Lively, and Friendly,' we meticulously reorganized seven years of complex legacy data into a seamless, organic user experience. While maintaining KakaoBank’s signature warm and approachable tone, we integrated an expanded color palette, dynamic interactions, and high-quality video assets capturing everyday joy to establish a forward-thinking brand image where technology and humanity coexist. From Information Architecture and visual systems to operational workflows, this project represents a comprehensive digital asset that most dimensionally embodies the future of finance envisioned by KakaoBank.
